Secluded Land Company is currently marketing through our wholly owned marketing companies over 100 separate developments in geographically distinct areas of the country. Our properties include riverfront acreage, wooded acreage, lakefront acreage, hunting and other recreational land in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Iowa. To serve customer needs, seven independently operated and managed offices have been strategically located throughout the Midwest.

Our Properties: Secluded Land Company is Wisconsin's leading provider of country properties for recreational and vacation purposes. Customers may choose from thousands of wooded and waterfront acres in hidden valleys, perched upon bluffs, or nestled along lakes, rivers and streams. Some purchase vacant land for their long awaited second home and others for camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, or other recreational purposes. Secluded Land Company has responsibly developed and sold over 65,000 acres of wooded and waterfront properties to over 6,000 customers throughout the United States and internationally.

Teams of acquisition and marketing specialists spend long hours researching and investigating each property before it is accepted as a premier Secluded Land Company project. Once the property is acquired, production crews prepare the property for sales and marketing.

At Secluded Land Company, we provide all of our customers with a wide range of services which include:

Environmental Awareness: Environmental awareness is the cornerstone of Secluded Land Company's developmental philosophy. We strive to preserve and protect the environment while affording families the opportunity to experience country living. In cooperation with local government agencies, our company has adopted protective covenants to preserve nature's fragile ecosystems. As a result of the extensive property screening done before development of any property begins, Secluded Land Company has been able to protect and preserve over 40,000 acres of land.

Success: Secluded Land Company offers several reasons for its success.
