Each year, our customer service department mails surveys to customers who have purchased parcels of land from our company to evaluate satisfaction and to gain insight and ideas from customers on ways to better suit their needs in the future. Customers have given their experience with our Land Specialists a rating of 96.31%. This number represents the combined average of all surveys submitted to all affiliate office locations over the past ten years.
Occasionally, a customer may have questions or concerns regarding their land purchase which they may express via the customer survey. These respondents are contacted quickly to address their concerns. The surveys are a way of reminding customers that their relationship with Secluded Land Company does not terminate at the closing of the sale.
