Secluded Land Company is a real estate development company with marketing offices in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We have over 30 years of success in selling recreational, retirement, and residential properties, with the emphasis on wooded and waterfront real estate. Since we are in the field showing and walking rural property, our dress code is relaxed. No suits and ties! Sales Agent:

Sales Agents work with customers to assist in choosing vacant land from Secluded Land Company inventories to suit their residential or recreational needs. Real Estate experience is a plus, concern for customer's needs and professionalism is a must! Agents are frequently on-site, walking properties with customers. Relaxed dress code, no suits and ties! Must be an outgoing, well-organized self starter. Opportunities, commissions and incentives include:

Property Acquisition Agent:

The Property Acquisition Agent position is ideal for an individual who loves to spend time in the outdoors walking land in search of unique property to be purchased for future development. Candidates must possess good communication skills, as they will be in contact with a wide variety of people from local realtors to individual property owners. There are a number of existing techniques utilized by Secluded Land Company Property Acquisition Agents and a supportive staff to assist with the process. A Property Acquisition Agent is required to spend many hours behind the wheel; enjoying travel is helpful. For a Property Acquisition Agent, a typical project would include the following tasks:

Production Coordinator:

If you are organized, self-motivated, enjoy traveling, being in the outdoors and have the ability to multi-task, you could be a Production Coordinator. A Production Coordinator must communicate well with others, be able to read maps, understand contracts, work well with a variety of contractors and effectively manage and schedule field crew personnel. Having a construction or farming background is helpful but not necessary. A Production Coordinator will represent Secluded Land Company at township, county and state public meetings. This is a fun position that requires a lot of hard work and generates great rewards and satisfaction.
